very generic simple designs; this is not against simple designs, I simply do not enjoy drawing very simple characters. quotes are best if you think your character may fall under this category

horses (feral or anthro), bugs (moths and butterflies are fine), or furbies

humans or any human faced characters

insanely complex clothing or accessories

cityscape backgrounds

anything hateful in ANY way including designs that are in any way appropriating any culture (example: feathers behind the ears) or any designs I feel are inappropriate

heavy realistic gore, realistic human teeth, eye trauma or mouths on the body

Payment will be taken before I start via cashapp only

I will NOT start your commission before I receive payment

I generally do not do refunds after I have already started your commission

payment plans can be discussed for any commission that is over $150; always with a $50 down payment that may be increased depending on the size of the commission

if you need a payment plan I will not start your commission until it is fully paid off

wait times can vary, but I generally will try to stick to a 1 month time schedule for smaller commissions, and a 3-6 month time schedule for larger commissions. rush fees may be inquired about however!

I have the right to decline or cancel a commission if I no longer feel comfortable taking or completing it (I will either give a full or partial refund if I cancel your commission depending on how far I got with it)

when commissioning me please send as many references as possible and/or please be able to provide references if I ask for them

I will make up to 5 changes to your commission before charging a non-negotiable fee ($5+ depending on size of change and commission) for my time and effort

PLEASE ask for your changes before the lineart stage!!! the fee will be bigger if you want changes to the lineart or drastic coloring changes

I will upload your finished commission to my trello board along with sending you the file via discord or toyhouse DMs; I can also email the file to you if requested

I generally DO NOT keep all the files of work I do, so you are responsible for saving those files in a safe place

you MUST have a toyhouse to offer on my designs/adopts. plenty of users give out codes for free if you do not have a code!

please do not co-own my designs, too many problems can happen with co-owns and it's easier for me if they are not allowed (any design that may already be co-owned is fine to stay that way; some other exceptions apply)

you must keep the design on toyhouse, if you are going on authorized only please authorize me or give me a key so that i can keep track of the design!

changes can be made to the design, but you must still credit me for the original design and it cannot be fully overhauled to look unrecognizable

please do not sell to anyone on my blacklist, if I find that you have done so you will also be blacklisted

backing out or ghosting when buying a design/adopt from me 2+ times will result in a blacklist that may or may not be temporary

DO NOT sell a design you got from me for more than you paid UNLESS you have commissioned art of them!! personal art can be added to the price for everything but freebies

if I find you have traced or stolen my designs 2+ times you will be blacklisted

if you use my designs for NSFW purposes that's fine but if I find you are using my designs for any genuinely illegal or immoral NSFW purpose (ex: beastiality, incest, pedophilia, etc.) that is an immediate blacklist and block.
